What the free tier buys
On its monthly grant, at the rows above:
- 1,000 pages read with fetch
- 200 pages rendered in a browser
Bandwidth past the first megabyte of each request comes on top of that. Only on the managed pool.
What costs nothing
A page the site blocked. A URL our policy refused. Anything we broke. All three answer with a cost of 0, and you can check it on the response itself. If your own script ran in the page first, only the last one stays free.

Before you ask
- Do I pay for a page that was blocked?
- No. A block, a captcha and a timeout all cost 0 credits, unless your own browser.actions script ran in the page first: then the call keeps the browser price and its bandwidth. The response says what it cost in a header you can test against.
- What does a browser page cost against a plain fetch?
- The two prices are in the table above: a plain fetch, then a full browser page. With engine auto you pay the browser price only when the page needs one. Never both.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Plan credits do not. They are a monthly grant. Purchased credits are a separate balance and never expire.
- Is my own proxy really free?
- Yes, on every plan including the free one, and its bytes are never metered. You already pay your provider.
- Does the free tier need a card?
- No. It refills every month with 1,000 credits. You get the whole product: both engines, sessions, search, MCP and your own proxy.
